Harvest Day is just a month away!
Here is some important information and reminders about the event:
Closing Ceremonies, King and Queen crowning, and Sports Tournament awards will be given outside of the Ed Building. Remember to bring your sports chairs to sit on the lawn
Sports tournaments are being held in horseshoes, cornhole (2 divisions) and 3 on 3 Basketball (2 divisions).
We’ll have biscuits and coffee at 9:00 a.m.
- Lunch, will be back to the normal way. There will be seating inside our dining room or you can take your plate outside and enjoy the fresh air. A donation basket will be available as you exit.
- Online giving! If people want to donate online to Harvest Day 2021 they can do so by clicking the DONATE NOW button on any page of our website. They will select “Harvest Day” as the fund to which they want to donate. For the donation to be credited to the giving from your church, they need to write the name of the church in the NOTES section. King and Queen donation cut-off time will be at 11:45am.
- We will be having our silent auction again this year. Check out the link below for ideas and registration form for items.
- Homemade cakes and pies have been a longstanding and delicious tradition! If your church would be willing to help us by baking their favorites to share, please let us know how many items you plan to bring. Email firstname.lastname@example.org
