Summer Staff
If you are passionate about serving others and deepening your relationship with Christ through discipleship and community, this could be the job for you! Each summer, we hire high school and college-age individuals to serve as Lifeguards, Kitchen, and Store/Recreation staff. Age requirements vary by position. Applications are still being accepted. Camp Counselor
Are you interested in counseling campers in our residential camp program? The experience you'll gain while working as a camp counselor is some of the best preparation for life you'll ever have! Working as a counselor will give you opportunities to learn more about yourself, to serve others and to share your faith in Christ. Must be 18+ years old and out of high school to apply. Counseling staff will be required to complete online training assignments before joining us onsite for an intensive week-long Counselor Training Week. Applications are now open.

Summer Staff Coordinator
The Summer Staff Coordinator is the connecting channel between the Camp Dixie Residential Staff, Summer Staff, Summer Camp Staff and Guest Groups. This job requires a unique mix of spiritual maturity, administrative skills and mentoring! Duration of this job is from Mid-May to Mid-August.

Counselor-In-Training
Are you interested in becoming a camp counselor in the future? If you are entering grades 10-12, you can receive on-the-job training to prepare you for future counseling positions at Camp Dixie through our CIT program! You will complete assignments, attend a weekend training session, and have the opportunity to serve one or more weeks alongside an experienced camp counselor this summer. All CITs are required to attend Teen Camp #2 as a camper.

Summer Camp Photographer
Are you passionate about photography? Are you interested in utilizing your talent in the camp setting? This may be the place for you! The photographer will live onsite during five weeks of summer camp and capture all the activities and excitement of our campers!

Camp Dixie is a Christian non-profit 501(c)(3) camp and retreat center located just south of Fayetteville in the Sandhills of Eastern North Carolina. Since 1967, Camp Dixie has been a place where faith and community grow as people gather year-round for summer camps and retreat weekends. Our summer camps and retreats minister to hundreds of families each summer, develop and mentor young leaders, and share the good news of Jesus. Countless lives are transformed during the many retreats and camps hosted here annually by our Guest Groups. We rely on donations to help keep our programs and services economically feasible. Please look over the initiatives and consider partnering with us!
The Cypress Circle
WHAT IS THE CYPRESS CIRCLE?
One of the beautiful features of our waterfront is the presence of the beautiful old cypress trees in and around our lake. A unique feature of old-growth Cypress is its durability in regards to decay resistance. They also stand up well in storms and hurricanes. Cypress trees have staying power!
We need a group of monthly donors who will encircle this ministry with monthly gifts to increase our durability, enabling us to move forward and thrive during this continued season of uncertainty.

Prefer to mail a monthly check? Checks can be mailed to: Camp Dixie, 373 W. Bladen Union Church Rd., Fayetteville, NC 28306. Please put "Cypress Circle" in the memo. We will send you a set of envelopes in which to mail your monthly checks.
